Before you call
Answers to common questions
Can I get my pet seen today?
Yes, for sick visits, if you call before noon.
How much will it cost?
You get a written estimate before anything is done, so you know the figure first. That covers a dental clean, a spay or neuter, and anything beyond the exam.
Do you see new patients?
Yes. Ring the clinic and we will book you in. Tell us about any medication your pet is on and whether it has been seen elsewhere.
What vaccines does my puppy need?
Some vaccines are core ones every dog or cat needs, and others depend on what your animal does outdoors and where it spends its time. The series is spread over several visits while the immune system develops, which is what the puppy and kitten package covers.
Do you treat birds?
Yes, we see birds as well as dogs and cats. Not every clinic does, so it is worth saying what kind of bird you have when you ring to book.
